Dr. Gabby Maddox

Dr. Gabby Maddox earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Purdue University in 2017 after completing her bachelor’s degree at York College of Pennsylvania. Originally from West Chester, Pennsylvania, she has proudly called Indiana home since starting veterinary school and has served the Fort Wayne area throughout her career. She joined C.C. Veterinary Hospital in January 2023 and feels truly grateful to be part of a team that treats every patient like family.

Dr. Maddox is passionate about partnering with pet owners to provide thoughtful, compassionate care tailored to each individual patient. She has special interests in internal medicine and dermatology, and finds it incredibly rewarding to help pets feel their very best while supporting the people who love them. Building lasting relationships with clients and watching their furry family members grow throughout the years is one of the most meaningful parts of her work.

She lives on the north side of Fort Wayne with her husband, Kyle, and their growing animal family, including their dogs Bishop, Jameson, and newest addition Wilbur, along with their Macaw, Blue, and Sun Conure, Skye. In her free time, Dr. Maddox enjoys kayaking, cooking, and traveling.
